Postgraduate coursework degrees are programs of study that lead to Postgraduate Certificates, Postgraduate Diplomas or Master's degrees. Postgraduate Research degrees can be either a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Master of Philosophy (MPhil) award.
All postgraduate awards require the successful completion of an appropriate Undergraduate degree for admission and sometimes applicants must have professional experience. Full details of admission requirements can be found in the Handbook of Postgraduate Studies.
Postgraduate Coursework Degrees are offered through the Graduate Accounting and Commerce Centre. Enquiries regarding postgraduate coursework degrees should be directed to gacc@efs.mq.edu.au.
Research Degrees on offer through the Department provide students with strong academic records the opportunity to extend their depth of knowledge in a specialised area. These are particularly relevant to students who are interested in an academic career and can be a can be a pathway to positions in the research arms of large companies and government organisations.
Scholarships are available to certain postgraduate students from both the Division and the University to help fund their study.
