Fees and Financial Support
No application fee is required for research degree applications.
Local students (Australian citizens/ Permanent Residents and New Zealand citizens) are generally granted exemption from tuition fees for most research degree programs under the Research Training Scheme (RTS).

All programs for international students are fee-paying programs. A flat fee is generally charged for each program. Fees are payable for the entire period for which the student is enrolled. All international fees include student activities fees. International students may apply for a tuition fee scholarship to cover tuition fee costs. Please contact the Faculty Higher Degree Research Manager to find out about scholarships currently available.
For doctoral study in the Department of Business, a limited number of scholarships are available on a competitive basis.
Part-time employment as casual tutors in the undergraduate teaching program may also be available, providing further financial support.
