Julian joined Macquarie University after an extensive career in some of the largest and best known marketing companies in the world, including Unilever, Doubleday Australia, Hong Kong Tourist Associaiton, Bushells and American Express International. Julian holds a B Com in Marketing from University of New South Wales, a MBA from Cranfield University in the U.K. and is enrolled in a PhD at Macquarie University.

Research Interests

In addition to teaching marketing, Julian's research interests include marketing ethics and the application of marketing principles to important social marketing issues such as smoking prevention.

Teaching Interests

Marketing subjects to students at all stages of their undergraduate programs, to other students outside the University, and to corporate and Government groups.
